June 25th

As we find ourselves deep within the mountains and valleys of our life,
unless we push our way through with the sweat and toil of our persistence,
we will never be able to mine the diamond of happiness.
If we are only preoccupied with spending our time in fun places and having a good time there
we will fail to polish our diamond of happiness.

- Daisaku Ikeda
