November 11th

The relationship between husband and wife essentially sets the example for how all members of a family relate to each other. It is the orbit, the pillar of the family. The way a married couple lives has a great influence on their children. The growth of children hinges on a continuous improvement in the husband-wife relationship. Having happy children is the ultimate victory for parents.

Behind every affectionate couple or family that overflows with tender and heartfelt warmth, there is always, strikingly enough, the presence of a wife or a mother who has the knack for praising and acknowledging others. Home is a place where family members live so close together, they can easily spot each other's faults, and in a lot of families, people are constantly complaining about each other's shortcomings. However, despite this reality, just a small word of encouragement spoken at the right time can soften the other person's heart and lead to a smooth, relaxed conversation, giving everyone a sense of comfort and confidence.

It is very undesirable for a couple to quarrel viciously in front of their children. Even though children may seem to take no notice of what's going on, in fact they do. Through eyes that cannot be shut and through the pores of their delicate skin, children are extremely perceptive to subtle behaviors that they observe and then imbibe. Let us always bear this in mind.

I always think how fortunate I am to be able to spend my life with a wonderful wife who always conducts herself so naturally and spontaneously, creates a harmonious and comfortable environment for everyone and never stops smiling.
