It's not someone else who must take responsibility. It has got to be "me". When we grow and develop ourselves, our environment is sure to change for the better. If we fail to look at ourselves and only criticize the world, then no matter what we say or do, it would be tantamount to being irresponsible, and we will lose the great possibility that is present in life to affect change.
