The Chinese character for the word "busy" (isogashii) is composed of two characters that mean "lose" and "heart". If we get swept away by a busy lifestyle, losing ourselves and feeling consumed by the flurry of things that need to get done each day, then we could end up forgetting even those things that are of prime importance.

It is prisicely at such times, that we should remember to take a moment out to ask ourselves the question: "For what purpose?"
